Destination Covered: Bangkok – Temples, river ferry experience, street food & shopping districts
Tour Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival in Bangkok, Streets Before Sleep
Landing in Bangkok always feels loud, warm, slightly chaotic. After hotel check-in, no rushing around. Evening was for wandering. Sukhumvit lanes, neon lights, smoke from grills, random music playing somewhere.
To me, Bangkok street food hits harder than monuments. Pad Thai at a roadside cart. Mango sticky rice that shouldn’t be that good at midnight. Sat on plastic stools, watching the city breathe.
Not everything has to be planned. This night proved it.
Day 2 – Temples, Gold & Quiet Moments
Morning energy felt different. Less noise. More calm.
First stop, Wat Pho — the reclining Buddha is massive…
Then crossed over the river to Wat Arun…
Later, the Golden Buddha Temple — pure gold, literally and historically.
Afternoon ferry ride on Chao Phraya River felt magical. City views drifting past, temples on one side, modern towers on the other.
Honestly overwhelming, but in a good way.
Day 3 – Shopping Until Legs Give Up
This day had no chill.
Started at MBK Center — bargaining, deals, souvenirs, chaos.
Moved to Siam Paragon area for brands and air-conditioning relief.
Ended at Platinum Fashion Mall. Fashion everywhere. Floors blur together.
Legs hurt. Wallet lighter. Somehow still happy.
Bangkok shopping always does that to you.
Day 4 – Goodbye, Thailand
Quick breakfast. One last look at the city from the hotel window.
Airport transfer. No drama.
Bangkok doesn’t say goodbye quietly. It just waits for you to come back.
